For the Sales Department of our Tübingen location, we are looking for a
Product Specialist Global Sales Support (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Provide global support for product- and application-related questions from Erbe subsidiaries, representative offices, authorised dealers and sales staff as well as national end customers in German and English
- Analyse product- and application-related questions and offer guidance on problem-solving
- Provide support for tenders, product configurations, product specifications and the procurement and preparation of manufacturer information
- Support of the product development process, consideration of the user's requirements and interests as well as the processing of product and application feedback
- Collaborate across departments in application-related projects
- Documentation of product and application-related enquiries in the CRM system
- Support our users and perform problem analyses for IT-based application tools
- Prepare and conduct internal sales training and support sales at workshops and trade fairs
Your Skills
- Successfully completed professional training in medicine, medical technology, commerce or a comparable field of study
- Several years of professional experience
- Interest in medical topics and technical affinity
- Ideally, experience in using CRM or PLM systems
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- Analytical, structured and independent way of working
- Sense of responsibility and solution-oriented approach
- Very good command of spoken and written German and English
