For the IT Department of our Tübingen location, we are looking for a

IT Project Manager (m/f/d)


Your Responsibilities


  • You will plan, manage and coordinate innovative IT projects in the Erbe Group’s national and international environment 
  • You will monitor the progress of projects and ensure that objectives are met in terms of quality, timelines and costs, and regularly prepare status reports for stakeholders 
  • You will take on responsible tasks within the projects and actively contribute your expertise 
  • You will provide support and assistance to the teams and companies involved, particularly within the scope of change management 
  • You will coordinate planned IT projects and support matters with the Erbe Group’s subsidiaries and promote international collaboration

Your Skills


  • You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification
  • You have valuable experience in agile and classic IT project or digitalisation environments, and ideally, you have successfully led international rollout projects 
  • You are well versed in agile and classic project management methods and know how to use them effectively 
  • You possess good knowledge of business applications such as ERP or CRM systems 
  • You have a very good German and English language skills
  • Your strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and solution-focused mindset make you a valued point of contact and problem-solver
