For the Marketing Department of our location in Tübingen, Germany, we are looking for a
Global Erbe Academy Trainer (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver international classroom trainings and webinars for employees and distribution partners on Erbe technologies, products, and their clinical applications
- Convey complex technical and medical content in a clear, precise, and practice-oriented manner
- Independently research and prepare medical and technical information
- Develop high-quality, didactically sound training presentations and videos in collaboration with the respective departments
- Contribute to the continuous development of the global training concept of the Erbe Academy
Your Skills
- University degree in natural sciences or medicine, or completed medical training with relevant professional experience
- Strong interest in medicine, technology, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Enthusiasm for understanding complex interrelations, explaining them clearly, and inspiring others with medical and technical topics
- Excellent rhetorical and didactic skills
- Experience in conducting trainings, presentations, or lectures
- High level of self-motivation as well as a structured and quality-conscious working style
- Willingness to travel internationally (several days)
- Very good command of English and German, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage
- Valid driver’s license (Class B)
