Program Lead Digital Products (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical framework of the entire digital product portfolio
- Understand technical needs of our customers by analysing and evaluating the IT infrastructure and processes at their premises , especially in the field of data protection and cybersecurity
- Continuously enhance the requirements engineering for digital products, taking into account future planned product developments
- Develop an appropriate, flexible and cost-effective product architecture and ensure its implementation
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination between different areas such as IT, research, development, production and quality management
- As part of agile project teams, take technical responsibility in close collaboration with the project portfolio manager
- Act as a central point of contact for all lifecycle management activities, such as the phase-in/phase-out strategy for new products and suppliers
Your Skills
- You have a degree in engineering or science
- You possess excellent technical knowledge of hardware and software architecture in a medical device company
- You have many years of experience in product maintenance and development as well as in cross-functional projects
- You have an interest in and understanding of IT architecture and the associated interfaces, ideally in the healthcare sector (e.g. hospitals)
- You enjoy using your strong communication and presentation skills and achieve goals with a high level of assertiveness, networking skills and great commitment
